SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship USPS 2 Day Priority with tracking. It takes 2-3 days to process your orders. We will ship expedited if requested. Shipping to Canada is by quote only. Please email at service@pedalcarsrusbygv.com for any shipping issues.
ORDERS: Orders placed on any given business day by 1:30 pm EST may ship the same day, and if not, within 24-48 hours (business days) of your order. (See Standard Shipment and Delivery Options below for delivery time frame.) During holiday seasons, this time frame may be inaccurate. During holiday seasons, please contact info@pedalcarsrusbygv.com for more details on shipment turnaround times.
MONEY ORDERS AND CERTIFIED CHECKS: All payments made by Money Order or Certified Check must be made payable to G&V Marketing and sent to P.O. Box 849, Balcarres, SK S0G 0C0. Please be aware that all purchases will be processed as soon as payment clears our account. Once your payment clears, your purchased item(s) will be shipped under the normal shipping arrangements stated on this page unless you request special delivery options. You will be notified via email or phone when the process has been completed.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Our shipping carrier is UPS and once packages have been picked up, shipments are generally delivered within 2 - 7 days within the 48 contiguous U.S. States (7 days being the East Coast) via UPS Ground. However, we may also use Federal Express or the United States Postal Service. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted by one of our excellent sales representatives.
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: Many of our pedal car products are also available for shipment to Canada. Please contact info@pedalcarsrusbygv.com to request information on availability, shipping rates and time frame for shipment deliveries. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges for shipments outside of the Continental United States. Please supply us with the shipping address and product you are interested in so that we can provide details as expeditiously as possible. Once again, all International Buyers: Duties, taxes, brokerage and related importing fees are the customer’s responsibility. You may estimate our shipping rates to be in the range of $2.00 per pound, however this is just an estimate. Any fees quoted do not include related importing fees that may incur upon arrival of the shipment to its destination. Related importing fees are determined at the time of arrival and cannot be estimated since this is dependent on the arrival government's policies and regulations. Please contact info@pedalcarsrusbygv.com to request information on availability, shipping rates and time frame for shipment deliveries. Once again, additional UPS Brokerage Fees may apply for shipments outside of the United States. Please supply us with the shipping address and product information so that we can provide details as expeditiously as possible. All International Buyers: Duties, taxes, brokerage and related importing fees are the customer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY OPTIONS: We do offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select, however these other UPS Rates will be provided at an additional cost. Please contact info@pedalcarsrusbygv.com for rates before making your purchase if you would like one of these options. We will contact you usually within a 4-8 hours, but if not, then within 24 hours.
BACK ORDERS: Some of our items may be obtained on back order. If you have purchased an item that is no longer available, we will immediately contact you to give you the option of either purchasing said item with the understanding that shipment on said item will go out when available, purchasing another item or providing you with a full refund on your purchase. If you would like for us to let you know when an unavailable item becomes available, we will gladly oblige via your contact information.
